No. Pranetic is designed to be installed by your existing housekeeping or maintenance staff; no electrician, no technician, no wiring work. Each node clips onto the indoor unit in about 10 minutes. We send a short video walkthrough and stay on a WhatsApp call with your team during the first floor if you'd like.

Does this work with my existing AC?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Pranetic works with VRF systems, ductable units and standard split ACs from brands like Daikin, Mitsubishi, Voltas, Blue Star, LG and Hitachi. No replacement needed.

Will guests notice?

Accepted Answer

No, and that's the point. Set-points are tuned within comfortable bands (typically 23–25°C) using occupancy and time-of-day signals. In pilots, guest comfort scores stayed flat or improved.

What if internet goes down?

Accepted Answer

Nodes keep your last optimised schedule running locally and re-sync once connectivity is restored. ACs continue to work normally regardless of cloud status.
